Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization from Customer Service. Call us at 800-597-6170 to obtain a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to specify the model being returned, and the reason for the return. The RMA number must appear on each shipping container or package and all paperwork accompanying the return. Returns must be safely packaged and all items must be in original packaging.

Goods must be shipped freight prepaid via a reliable freight carrier. You are responsible for the goods until received in our warehouse including excessive wear or damages. Credits or refunds will be issued after the returns are inspected by DAREX.
