…let me tell you this machine is AWSOME, I never thought of sharpening a drill bit was so easy. Before I knew it I had sharpened all in the drill stand from 3/32 to 1/2". What a great tool, and easy to use.
My first drill which I ground the relief came out perfect. I couldn't believe the level of precession and sharpness. I thought I was a pretty good free hand drill sharpener, but these results were far beyond anything I have ever achieved. Congratulations on an outstanding tool.
I have boxes and boxes of dull old bits that haven't been used in years. I never could get the hang of sharpening bits on the grinder wheel. This Drill Doctor is really the answer.

I wanted to let you know that I received the parts and I really appreciate you doing this for me. It goes above and beyond normal customer service – most companies would have just said they no longer made the part I was wanting and that would have been the end of it. Instead, you offered other parts, took customer service up a notch and made me absolutely positive that I chose a great product from a great company!

Over the years since I was given it as a gift from my daughters, I have restored dozens of bits to excellent cutting condition. I would have had to take the time and expense to replace many bits over the years including hard-to-find # and letter bits which I freely use with many types of materials. I'm sure the sharpener has paid for itself many times over (and I have not yet needed to reverse or replace the grinding wheel). The Drill Doctor is a great product for anyone who needs to do a lot of drilling without the expense, hassle and waste of replacing bits.
Recently I purchased a DDSB and contacted you about an clutch axel that was loose and requested a replacement part. Much to my pleasant surprise yesterday I received a new DDBS. I want to thank you for taking care of the problem in the manner in which you did. There are still a few companies today that take take of their customers that way.
